All Sales Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons all body care, and lip products, and press-on nails are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item(s), please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item(s)
- Photos of the packaging if applicable
Once reviewed, we will gladly offer:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- Or a refund if approved
ELIGIBLE Return Conditions
Returns may only be accepted if The Item is unused or unopened, The item is in its original packaging, The return request has been approved. Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Body butters, Body Scrubs, Body Oils, Lip Products, Custom Products, Sale or Clearance items, Worn or used press on nails.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by The Konceited Empire. Original Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Incorrect shipping or Lost or Stolen Packages
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. The Konceited Empire is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address. Once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages once they have been marked delivered by the shipping carrier. Please contact you local post office directly for claim assistance.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, orders cannot be canceled or changed.
